Returns & Refund Policy 🚑

We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All returned/exchanged items must be returned unwound, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are included in the original packaging. 
  • Please contact us for the return / exchange form before you start the return process. 


Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative using CONTACT FORM to request an exchange/return form.

Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package.

Step 3:

a) Refund shall be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. Please note the money can take 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank provider. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer, may take 1 to 2 weeks  to process the bank's refund.  

b) For exchange, the new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting, a return will not be accepted. 


If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, we will provide a full refund.

Faulty item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (except for faulty item).
